Ekstre Analiz olarak kişisel verileriniz üzerinde tam kontrol sağlamanıza önem veriyoruz. Bu sayfa, hesabınızı ve tüm ilişkili verileri nasıl silebileceğinizi adım adım açıklar.

Veri silme talebi yapmak için herhangi bir gerekçe sunmanız gerekmez. KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR madde 17 ("unutulma hakkı") kapsamında bu hak korumadadır.

At Ekstre Analiz, we are committed to giving you full control over your personal data. This page explains step-by-step how to delete your account and all associated data.

You do not need to provide a reason to make a data deletion request. This right is protected under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Article 17 ("right to be forgotten").

The fastest and most direct method is via the app. The process takes less than 30 seconds.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa (telefonunuz değişmiş, uygulama silinmiş, vb.), e-posta ile silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz.

Talebinizde belirtmeniz gerekenler

• Hesabınızın e-posta adresi
• Talep ettiğiniz işlem türü: "Tüm hesabımı ve verilerimi sil"
• Doğrulama amaçlı ek bilgi (kayıt tarihi, son giriş tarihi, vb. — varsa)

Kimlik doğrulamasının ardından, talebinize en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt verir ve verileri sileriz. Doğrulama amacıyla kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bir onay maili gönderilir.

If you no longer have access to the app (phone changed, app deleted, etc.), you can submit a deletion request by email.

Information to include

• Email address registered to your account
• Type of action requested: "Delete my entire account and data"
• Additional verification info (registration date, last login date, etc. — if available)

After identity verification, we will respond and delete your data within 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address for verification purposes.

Eğer aktif bir Pro veya Bulut Senkronizasyon aboneliğiniz varsa, hesap silmeden önce aboneliği iptal etmeniz önerilir. Aksi halde abonelik, hesabınızdan bağımsız olarak otomatik yenilenmeye devam edebilir.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Ayarlar uygulamasını açın
2. En üstteki Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler'e dokunun
3. Aktif abonelikler listesinden "Ekstre Analiz"'i seçin
4. "Aboneliği İptal Et" butonuna dokunun

Android

1. Google Play Store uygulamasını açın
2. Sağ üstte profil simgesine dokunun → Ödemeler ve abonelikler
3. Abonelikler'e dokunun
4. Listeden "Ekstre Analiz"'i seçin → "Aboneliği iptal et"

If you have an active Pro or Cloud Sync subscription, it's recommended to cancel the subscription before deleting your account. Otherwise, the subscription may continue to auto-renew independently of your account.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions
3. From the list of active subscriptions, select "Ekstre Analiz"
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select "Ekstre Analiz" from the list → "Cancel subscription"

Silme talebiniz sonrası verileriniz aşağıdaki sürelerde kaldırılır:

• 0 saat: Hesabınız anında devre dışı bırakılır, oturum açılamaz.
• 0-72 saat: Aktif sunucu verileri (canlı veritabanı) silinir.
• 0-30 gün: Yedek sistemlerden silinir. Bu sürede, beklenmedik bir hata durumunda hesap kurtarma için yedekler tutulur ancak hiç kimse içeriğe erişemez.
• 30 gün sonra: Tüm yedekler dahil veri silme tamamlanır. Hesabınızın hiçbir izi sunucularımızda kalmaz.

İstisnai durumlarda yasal zorunluluklar (vergi mevzuatı, mahkeme talebi, kara para aklama ile mücadele yasaları) bazı verilerin daha uzun saklanmasını gerektirebilir. Bu durum size silme yanıtımızda açıkça bildirilir.

After your deletion request, your data is removed within the following timeframes:

• 0 hours: Your account is immediately deactivated; login is blocked.
• 0-72 hours: Active server data (live database) is deleted.
• 0-30 days: Removed from backup systems. During this period, backups are retained for account recovery in case of unexpected errors, but no one can access the content.
• After 30 days: Full deletion including backups is complete. No trace of your account remains on our servers.

In exceptional cases, legal obligations (tax legislation, court orders, anti-money laundering laws) may require some data to be retained longer. This will be clearly stated in our deletion response.
