Terms of Service

01Acceptance & Changes

By downloading the Ekstre Analiz application ("App", "Service"), creating an account, or using any of its features, you declare that you have fully read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms") and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use, download, or create an account for the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and email. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

02Service Description

Ekstre Analiz is a mobile app that analyzes your bank credit card statements with AI assistance, categorizes spending, tracks subscriptions, reminds you of payment dates, and provides general personal finance management.

Key features

• PDF bank statement upload and on-device parsing (90+ Turkish and global banks)
• On-device transaction categorization via Qwen AI model
• Automatic subscription detection and savings recommendations
• Income-expense tracking, recurring transactions
• Card management (last 4 digits and alias only)
• Payment date reminders
• Multi-language and multi-currency support
• Optional Cloud Sync (additional purchase)

Some features are free; others require paid subscription or one-time purchase. Details are listed in the in-app Store.

03Account Creation & Responsibilities

Some features require account creation. By creating an account, you make the following commitments:

• Be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU, may be higher in some countries).
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Take personal responsibility for your password's security and all activity on your account.
• Immediately notify destek@ekstreanaliz.com if you become aware of unauthorized use.
• Maintain only one personal account (corporate use requires separate authorization).

You may not transfer, rent, or sell your account. Using false information, impersonating someone else, or creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension.

04Usage Rules

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using the app for unlawful purposes (money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, etc.).
• Uploading someone else's statement, card information, or financial data without their permission.
• Sending malware, viruses, or harmful code to the Service.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our servers, conducting penetration tests, or vulnerability scanning (except authorized security research).
• Reverse-engineering the app, extracting source code, or creating derivative works.
• Using our APIs without authorization or exceeding rate limits.
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications to others via the app.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially reselling our content without permission.

05Subscriptions & Payments

Ekstre Analiz offers one-time purchases (e.g., AI Model, Analysis Pack) and renewing subscriptions (e.g., Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Cloud Sync). All payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Key points

• Your subscription renews automatically unless manually canceled in the last 24 hours of the current period.
• Renewal is charged 24 hours before the current period ends.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, use your Apple ID / Google account settings.
• Pricing is shown clearly in the in-app Store; taxes may apply per local law.
• Promo and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated at the time of use.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro features until then.

06Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Since Ekstre Analiz does not receive payment directly, we cannot initiate refunds — but our support team can help facilitate the process.

iOS (App Store)

For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically reviews purchases made within 14 days.

Android (Google Play)

Google Play's automatic refund flow works within 48 hours after purchase. For longer periods, you can submit a request via Google Play support.

Legal right in Turkey

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, a consumer's right of withdrawal for digital content subscriptions is 14 days from the purchase date; however, this right may end once the content is actively used.

07Intellectual Property

The Ekstre Analiz application, website, source code, brand name, logo, imagery, content, and all intellectual property rights are owned by HBGame Studio and protected by Turkish IP law and international treaties.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights beyond this license are transferred to you.

08User Content

The statement PDFs, manual entries, reward records, and other data you upload ("User Content") belong to you. We make no claim of ownership over the upload or storage of this content.

You grant us a limited, royalty-free, revocable right of use solely to provide the Service: the operational rights necessary to process your content (PDF parse, AI categorization, cloud sync, etc.). We will not use your data for any unauthorized purpose.

You warrant that the content you upload is within your legal authority (e.g., not uploading someone else's statement) and does not infringe third-party rights.

09Disclaimer

Key points:

• No bank affiliation. Ekstre Analiz is not an official service or affiliate of any bank. Bank names are used solely for identification purposes.
• No accuracy guarantee. AI categorization and subscription detection may not always be 100% accurate; verifying results is your responsibility.
• Data loss risk. Local data may be lost during device changes, app deletion, or OS errors. We recommend Cloud Sync for important data.
• Service is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
• Third-party links. The app or website may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

10Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekstre Analiz, its providers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational damage).

Our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid to the app in the 12 months preceding the relevant event, or USD 100, whichever is lower.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be legally excluded, such as death, personal injury, intent, or gross negligence.

11Account Termination

You can close your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. See our Data Deletion page for details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Material breach of these Terms,
• Unlawful or harmful use,
• Behavior that harms other users or the service,
• Judicial or administrative authority request.

In case of termination, paid fees may not be refunded; however, Apple/Google's refund policies still apply.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Applicable local consumer protection rights are reserved.

For disputes between the parties, the Istanbul (Anatolian Side) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Consumers in Turkey may additionally apply to consumer arbitration committees.

We recommend initiating a good-faith resolution process of at least 30 days before disputing. Contact us via destek@ekstreanaliz.com.
