There is no phone line; everything is handled over email. That keeps a written record of every request.
02What to include
Including these makes a problem much faster to solve:
- Your device and OS version (for example iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
- The app version — it is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen
- If it concerns a statement: which bank, and which period
Please do not send us your statement. We do not need the document itself; the bank name and period are enough to investigate. The “Share technical report” output on the app's error screen contains no personal data and is enough for diagnosis.
03Response times
- General support: usually within 1–2 business days.
- Data deletion requests: completed within 30 days at the latest; deletion from inside the app is immediate.
- Privacy enquiries (KVKK / GDPR): answered within the statutory time limits.
04Data rights
HB Game Studio is the data controller. Your rights to access, correct and delete your data are set out in the privacy policy.
